I leaving dubsado!!

I can't believe I'm actually leaving one of my favorite platforms. But its time for a change. Many are asking "why". It was a difficult decision. However, with my brand growing I had to find something that was simplistic and could house ALL of my irons in one pan.

I'm currently looking a software called 17 Hats. If you know my I really wear 17 hats in life so the name immediately caught my attention. 17 Hats was referred to me by a fellow entrepreneur and friend who works in the freelance business and owns several different small business that all needed to be managed online. She knew the struggles I felt with my currently platform.

Dubsado was a great platform to display your creativity, branding and more. I must admit it is a learning curve to overcome to start using the platform. As a result, many of my clients failed to use the platform to its fullest potential. The templates were customizable and everything was able to move through a smooth automation process.

I realized though Dubsado was great, it wasn't for me. I didn't need all the extras that made it amazing for others. What I needed most was a place that housed EVERYTHING. In Dubsado, I would literally have to create separate accounts for each of my small brands in order for each of the to get the look, feel and information I needed the them to have. Talk about blowing the budget! That would have taken me way over. 17 Hats simple interface allowed me to blend everything to one place with its own feel.

Now I must admit that it doesn't look as snazzy as my dubsado templates but it gets the job done at an affordable price. As I move more into my branding services, program development, and business strategy work, I needed hands-off simple process.

So let the switch begin! I will keep you posted on my experience and how things are going during this time of transition. Stay tuned.
